Formulary Drug List:
The formulary list is a list of medications that helps guide physicians and pharmacist in selecting the medications that provide the most appropriate treatment for the best price. Some plans have a tiered design. This means that whenever you have a prescription filled, the amount you pay depends on what tier the drug is on.
