This portfolio of five plans represents World’s solid, comprehensive line of coverages designed to minimize what you pay for smaller, routine medical expenses. You have the option to use ANY physician, hospital and/or clinic in the United States without a referral.
WorldCARE Flex Advantage features an array of coinsurance options – ranging from 100% “in network” with Flex Advantage 100 (PPO plan), to 60% with Flex Advantage 60 (PPO plan).
All Flex Advantage major medical plans provide up to $2 million in lifetime coverage per insured person – with the option of increasing this lifetime benefit to $5 million, per insured person.
Major Medical Plans – Flex Advantage PPO:
Your coverage is strongest with doctors, hospitals and clinics within World’s PPO network in your state. Available plans include:
- Flex Advantage 100 pays 100% at participating providers after selected calendar year deductible is met.
- Flex Advantage 80 pays 80% at participating providers after selected calendar year deductible is met.
- Flex Advantage 60 pays 60% at participating providers after selected calendar year deductible is met.
Flex Advantage Traditional Plan (non-PPO)
Coverage is the same with any doctor, hospital and/or clinic in the United States.
- Flex Advantage Traditional 80 pays 80% of usual and customary expenses at any provider after selected calendar year deductible is met.
Hospital/Surgical Plan
- Flex Advantage Limited pays for selected inpatient hospital and surgery expenses; provides more limited coverage than the WorldCARE major medical plans.
With all WorldCARE Flex Advantage plans, coverage can be increased through various Optional Benefits.
